In a new school, ethos builds gradually and is the result of multiple acts of multiples people from all across the school community. As this is Ada Lovelace's first SIAMS report, we have extracted some of the quotes we are particularly proud of from the report below.

'The school’s clear Christian vision is well thought out, drives decision making and is evident in the flourishing of students and adults'.

'The ambitious, engaging curriculum, including the pastoral programme and wider learning provision, is carefully planned to meet students' needs. Consequently, it offers a rich learning experience that is shaped by the aspirational vision'.

'A clear and compelling culture of inclusivity means students and adults feel a sense of welcome and belonging'.

'The 10:10 ethic is well–defined and expressed through many aspects of school life to promote personal and academic flourishing'.

'Leaders have a clear grasp of serving the school community, helping students find their own understanding of ‘life in all its fullness’.

'Leaders have taken courageous decisions to offer the best opportunities across the curriculum, such as the vocational pathway of T levels'.

'The pastoral curriculum provides rich spiritual, moral, social and cultural provision that equips students to develop an understanding of themselves and the world around them'.

'The school’s vision is outward-looking. It promotes the importance of nurturing and using good gifts in service. Students have a keen sense of responsibility and empathy for others. This is lived out through the volunteering choices they make and their compassion towards others'.
